I Did Not Use My Account From Out Of The Country

Got this email from you. You do not have to tell Craigslist anything: that's their assumption. If indeed the account was used without your permission, then Craigslist's action in deactivating it protected your interests. If you want to continue to post in Craigslist, what you need to do is either use Craigslist without an account, or open a new account (with new password etc.).
