Craigslist Not Delevering Email To Reply, Gives Wrong Ip Address As My Ip

When responding to help wanted ad, email comes back saying I need to set up dns and rdns, and records are set up and correct, but craigslist is seeing wrong ip for my email. Host has done their job and set up correct ip addres for dns and rdns. My ip ends in .250 but craigslist is saying my ip ends in .254. That is not my ip. Cannot reply to ads.
