Cl Will Only Accept My Ad For Therapeutic Services Without Photo . Why?

I've been posting with them for 4 years on Therapeutic Services with a photo and now they are rejecting my ad whenever I use a photo. I've even tried to resize it as that is what someone recommended online. Can you help?
