I Had Posted 2 Ads On Personals On Casual Encounter. And It Did Not Show Up

i have a question to ask you about my craigslist ads i had posted on there web sit on tues: 9-20-11 and on wed: 9-21-11. i had posted 2 ads on personals on casual encounter. and that, they the ads did not show up on there. on my acct, it shows that, they are both active and available for everyone to see. but when i went to click on all the categories, it still was not there. had sent customer support several times about this issue and never got an email back. and was wanting to know, what could cause this to happen. need help.

Sorry you're having problems. This is an unfortunately common experience among Craigslist users, known as ghosting. You might try the suggestions on this webpage.
