My 'published' Car Ad Never Actually Shows Up On Craigslist. What Is Wrong?

I have followed all the procedures every few days over the past couple weeks. It said my car ad is "published" and gives me a link that does show it: http://rapidcity.craigslist.org/cto/2050170416.html. But the ad never actually shows up on craigslist. Going through all the helps stuff repeatedly is no help. How do I get the "published" ad to actually show up where everybody else in Rapid City, SD can see it?
