Email Approved Posts Not Showing Up?

Email is stating my posts are approved and published, however they are not there. I have tried 2 separate emails (2 different craiglist accts) and a friend has tried through her account. Nothing fishy being sold. (graco pack and play), no strange characters being used, no multiple listings, just this one.
