I Can't Get My Listing To Post. I Have Tried 'refresh And Waiting 15 Min'

What do you sugest. Need to post lisitng, can't get it to post. Have received the email and clicked on publish, e mail indicated that listing is published. However, can't locate lisiting. Please advise
