Email Address Change

I recently changed my email service provider and address. I went into CL and changed to new address but I am unable to access old email address to confirm the change. What are my options? Thanks.

Unfortunately, TheWiz's answer won't help you. Craigslist’s one-on-one support is essentially nonexistent. It’s frustrating, but with the huge volume of posts, nearly all free, it may be understandable. Craigslist’s staff is tiny.

The good news is that you don't have to rely on Craigslist's phantom customer support. Log in with the old email address and click the settings tab (upper left); then on the next page next to "email address:" click "change." Simply change your old email address to your new email address.

For confirmation you'll have to use the new address and then go to your account page to see that it's worked.
