Verifying Change In Email Address For Craigslist. Can't Access Old Account.

Yahoo required me to change my email address and then lost all the emails from my old account. I opened a new email, however; Craigslist requires that I verify my old and new accounts before I am again able to use their service. I have verified the new email but I am unable to access my old email to accomplish the verification process. As of now, I can't even access the new account. I am sending you my AOL email account for response. Please help!!!
