How Do I Get Craiglist To Answer My Email About My Account Being Placed On Hold?

I have been placing ads under the services section of Craiglist for over a year and now suddenly my account has been placed on hold. I did not receive any email stating that this was happening or why. I tried one day to post an ad and my account had been placed on hold. What can I do to get my account back and what would cause this to happen?

craigslist doe not and will not answer emails of any kind any time i suuggest failing a complaint with BBB
