When I Try To Post An Ad Under Men Seeking Men, It Comes Up As Casual Encounters

I am trying to post an ad under men seeking men. When I push the post button, it ask a couple questions as to what you want. I answer man seeking man. It automatically puts the post under casual encounters. I want it to be under men seeking men. Can't I talk to a live person?
