I want to post an ad.. I continue to put in the correct credit card information but it will not go thru. Is there a tech support line or e-mail for craigslist?

You can use the form at http://sfbay.craigslist.org/cgi-bin/emailForm.cgi. Don't hold your breath, however, for an answer; Craigslist has a very limited staff.
