Changing Account Address And Password

I had an account ([email protected]) Now I want to change my log in to [email protected] and set up a new password. Whenever I try to get my account and change my password, I get a message that a new password has been e-mailed to my e-mail address, but I do not receive anything. I suspect that the e-mail has been sent to my old e-mail address. HELP
