Tried To Place An Ad And It Says My Password & E-mail Is Wrong, It Is Not

There are several possible issues. It could be as simple as typing your password with the caps lock key on. Make sure it's off. Or the problem could stem from an outdated browser, or overloaded cache or cookies.
Regardless, you don't need an account anyway. Just open Craigslist and use the "post to classifieds" link.
Or you could create an entirely new account. You'd have to supply a new verification phone number but in the worst case you could use that of a buddy who'll relay the code to you.
