never been able to respond to listings when outlook express pops up it mentions sanley.com and thats as far I can go, please help me correct tis so I can respond on your wonderful service. thanks Rick

We're an independent help site, not Craigslist.

Sounds like a glitch [error] associated with one particular anonymized address, in which case neither you nor anyone esle can respond to it. You might want to wait a day or two and keep trying.

If this does not solve your issue, resubmit with more complete information. quoting exactly and completely the problematic text rather than saying just what it "mentions."
