Locating Items A Person Has Posted On Craigslist

Is there a way to look up all items that a particular person posted, either by his name, address, or phone number (which changes often), even after the items have sold or been removed?

The simple answer (sorry) is No. You can in theory find current posts usng the search box by data listed with the ad, like phone number, but that's essentially impossible because such data is rarely included with an ad. There's no way of finding inactive posts.

Not really. Posts are anonymous unless the poster puts their name or number in the description.
