This happens occasionally, very often by accident (someone makes a mistake while typing his/her phone number), and unfortunately there's not too much you can do. The problem usually dissipates fairly quickly, as ads automatically expire and the poster of the ad is likely to catch the error before reposting. You may want to create an outgoing message alerting Craigslist responders of the error, and asking others to hold on.
