I'm afraid that the previous answer and the link to which it referred you are misleading at best. It is unfortunately *not* true that Craigslist will block you only for violation of its terms of use. Craigslist will in fact block you if other users apply a sufficient number of flags to your post, whether those flags are justified or not.

Craigslist says, "Posts may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, CL staff, or community moderation-for non-compliance with terms of use, site guidelines, and/or community norms."

It's not possible from the information you've provided to discern the source of the problem. And it might not be possible under any circumstances.

You may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/. Fellow Help Owl volunteer smcclurken has additional suggestions here.
