Y Did My Ip Number Get Blocked When I Wasn't Even On Criegslist?

I had a window open on my phone of criegslist looking at a atv and so I closed the window and then was texting them came back and saw that it said that this IP has been blocked, how can this be fixed?

I can't confirm that Craigslist blocked your IP address, and with the information you provided can't tell you why. (Sorry.) If that's what happened, you may be able to solve the issue with the use of a Web proxy, as offered free at http://www.zend2.com/.
