Retreiving Messages From Cox Answering Service

I HAVE A COX BUNDLE, COX TELEPHONE, ETC...HOW DO I GET MESSAGES FROM THE ANSWERING SERVICE?

If this is the 1st time you are accessing it, from your home phone, dial *298 (or dial the 10-digit home phone number). When the voice prompt says "enter your PIN followed by the # key," then:Enter 269266, and press # .
