Policies And Procedures?

Does anyone know what Costco policies are if something happens between members? My 14mth old daughter was attacked by another member inside the store. The man almost killed her, and could have kidnapped her. Luckily I wasnt alone and we managed to save her, leaving her only with some bad bruises. The assistant manager advised us that they dont get involved, they have no cameras, and that they wouldn't even call 911, however they would let us use there phone. Seriously I couln't believe it. In my opinion, 911 should have been called immediately and the doors should have been closed, so this man could have been caught. Four employees stood there and watched... not 1 person did anything.

This lists the Code of Ethics they swear to live by... I am not sure if this helps at all but to tell you that they don't get involved when a crime is committed on their property tells me that it has happened before. I would call a lawyer...many will talk to you first to see if you have a case free of charge. I would also call the police anyway and report it if you have not already. I hope something helps.
