Costco Citi-visa 2015 Account Summary

I have tried fruitlessly to obtain copies of my 2015 Costco credit card statements. The Costco Online FAQ says to contact Citibank for copies. I called Citibank. Citibank told me only have statements for July-December 2015, but not before. Even those statements are kept in storage, not online, so it will take 7-14 days to obtain. The first Citibank agent that my wife (the primary) had to request the printed copies, but she said the solution was for me to have my wife (the primary) make me an administrator on account so I could order the statements myself. My wife and I called back, and my wife had me listed as an administrator. When I called back (3rd call of the day), to ask for the statement copies, the new agent told me that administrators could NOT ask for copies, which was subsequently verified by a supervisor. No other help was offered.This is substandard support. The statements should be available online as they are at my other credit card accounts, and Citibank should not waste customers' time by giving them misinformation or making it abundantly clear that they have no interest in solving the problem.
