Yeah they do. Bought a tv once and the price was reduced so I came back and got some of the money returned.

Costco does have a PRICE PROTCTION GUARANTEE for 30 days.

The way this works is that you must bring the item back - good idea to save all receipts for at least as long as the store return policy dates.

Taking both the  item and the original receipt to the Customer Service Returns counter, you will actually return the item and then repurchase it.

Beyond 30 days, you will need to think creatively but key in this is to SAVE your ORIGINAL RECEIPTS. Costco has a strong customer satisfaction policy and will accept returned items for fairly long periods of time...depending upon the particular category of product.
