Service Cut Off Consistently.
We are experiencing for 1 months consistent interruption of Comcast internet and cable signal. No one form technical support was be able to explain what is going on. They stated that is problem in our house and direct us to replace the router. 2 timed we were replacing Comcast modem/ Twice technicians were visiting us and would not find nothing. We waited 2 hours in Comcast store for modem replacing and waiting twice for 4 hours for technician visit and could not resolve a problem. Our request for credit at least for 1 monthly bill was not honored. We do not know what possible we would do in this situation, because Comcast is only one provider in our area may provide internet service with speed what we need for our nesessaties.

Welcome to the Comcast Monopoly. I had a similar experience, only they did not figure out the problem for three years. Call your local office and tell them you want a supervisor to come to the house, and tell him to check the pole AND at the street. The techs are lazy and don't want to go up the poles. Insist on it, because that is likely where your problem is.
