Do I Have To Return My Old Modem After I Upgrade It?

I recently picked up a replacement modem/router from the local store and wondered if I had to return the previous one or will I be charged if I don't return it?

Yes you MUST return the old modem or you will incur a charge. Call customer service and you can either set up for a tech to pick up the equipment or you can go to your local Comcast office to return your old modem.
