Dvr On Comcast Motorola Dch3416 Not Working After Power Outage

After a recent power outage, the dvr on my comcast motorola DCH3416 box is not working. When I press the dvr button on the remote, it takes me to the dvr screen, but it says "no listings available" . Right above it on the right, it says that the dvr is 56% full which it was prior to the outage. I unplugged the power cord and the problem still exists. I'm hoping there is something else I can try before I have to deal with the very frustrating customer service at comcast.....Any help is a
