I would like to get help to protect my computers. I am a customer. I went to acct links. The link is asking me for a password. What is the procedures for getting protection on my lap top and home computer.

Go to http://www.comcast.net. Over to the right you will see "Hi, Guest" under the weather/sun. Click on Sign in. You will see, toward the bottom, this:

Are you a subscriber who needs access? Register a Comcast ID.

Click on that and create an account. Then you will be able to get your McAfee software.
