Last Night Slow Response & Loss Of Connection Issues
I manage a number of work at home agents and the overnight group has a serious issue with slow response & loss of connectivity. Any insight into the issue?

Are all of these agents in the same vicinity? If not, then it is not a Comcast issue, it's a Cisco issue - something you can't do anything about. If it's a local issue, you should call your local Comcast office. This is HelpOwl - we don't have access to their system or outage/interruption information.
