How Do I Listen To My Messages,on My Comcast Phone

Pick up your Comcast linked telephone and dial *99.

Enter your Comcast voice mail password.

Listen to the prompts, then enter your selection to listen to your messages.
Listening Remotely - 1
Dial your home telephone number from any phone and allow your personal greeting to play.

Press # while your personal greeting is playing.

Enter your Comcast voice mail password, then follow the prompts to listen to your messages.

Open Comcast's website by entering comcast.net into your browser.

Click on the "voice" icon located on the right-hand side of the screen.
