Interrupted Service.
Calls to Oregon from Woodland WA do not go through. "all circuits busy"

This is a NATIONAL issues affecting MULTIPLE carriers.
I just googled “all circuits are busy”
Twitter brought back hundreds (if not thousands) of tweets about it from multiple carries including cell phone, Voip carries and landlines from east coast to west. Texting still appears to be working though.
