Help

I am the mayor of Petal, MS. How in the heck do I get in touch with someone about one of your lines hanging low over a city street? It needs to be repaired before a school bus or large truck gets tangled into it and pulls down the pole. There is no local number to call for these things. When your franchise agreement is up in a few years, I will do my best to find a new cable provider to come in and service our citizens.
