Hi, if your On Demand service isn't working, the first thing to try is to turn your cable box off and unplug it from the wall. Let it sit for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on. Let the box boot up and give it a few minutes, then try to access On Demand again. If it still won't work, there may be a problem with your service or you may need a new cable box, depending on the exact error you are getting.
