Did All That But

ran all the codes put tv on pcm then tried dolby digital all w/ tv vol. off the sound bar responded to the remote but still no sound.vol. bar lights up & goes back and forth.tried changing sound bar input but made it not work at all.tried w/tv vol. on and that would only control the tv.comcast had me run a code before all this so i could at least hear tv.i'am also pluged into tv & cable box w/hdmi cord what did i do wrong? hope this spells it out a little more clearer

I'm really sorry, I don't have any other suggestions other than to contact Vizio support to see if they can help, or have a Comcast tech come out. I feel your pain. :-)
