No Signal. How Do I Get A New Cable Box?

Cable box DEAD. How do I get a new one. I have called Comcast five times over the last 1.5 hrs. The first time I was transferred to an Agent, I was disconnected. When I got a callback, a recorded message said an agent would be with me in 8-11 minutes. After 4 minutes, I was disconnected again, called again, and went through the whole procedure again. Same thing has happened now five times. HELP!KIA ROYAL

Hello, if you can ever get through to someone, Comcast may send you out a replacement box, but if they send a technician out with the box, you might be charged. If there is a Comcast location near you, you can take your defective box there and exchange it for a new box. Depending on the individual location and the time of day you go, the lines usually aren't too bad.
