That's kind of like asking what the last number in infinity is. If the building is non-servicable, that means you can't get service.

What do you want it for? Internet or TV?

You can trench and/or run overhead cable yourself, or...

For Internet you'll need a point-to-point link. Something like this: http://www.radiolabs.com/products/wireless/point-to-point-bridge.php

Keep in mind thats just one example. Many vendors have these or you can set it all up piece-meal.
