You can trench and/or run overhead cable yourself, or...
For Internet you'll need a point-to-point link. Something like this: http://www.radiolabs.com/products/wireless/point-to-point-bridge.php
Keep in mind thats just one example. Many vendors have these or you can set it all up piece-meal.
