Cable Tv Guide Says To Be Announced Only

I cant get my new cable tv to get channels.. it only says to be announced on the guide. It was working fine this weekend do i need to push some button on a remote?

When you see "to be announced" all over the Guide it means your cable went out and has rebooted. It takes about 2 hours for the Guide to fill in again. If it hasn't filled in by that time, unplug the cable box AT THE BOX (not the wall), wait 90 seconds and plug it back in. If the Guide doesn't fill in after 2 hours, you will need to call your local Comcast office.
