How To Attach A Document To An Outgoing Email

I apparently don't know how to attach a document to an email that I am wanting to send. Pls. advise instructions on how to do so (the document to be attached is in "My Documents"). Thanks

Am presuming you are using Outlook to send the email? Choose New, type your message and look up at the top. You will see a paper clip icon that says Attach underneath it. When you click that, your file window will pop up ... navigate to My Documents and click on the file you want to attach. Then click Send. If the document is larger than 12MB, you will have to sendit vis yousendit.com or largefilesasap.com.
