If you know the number you want to block, good. If you don't, you'll need to wait for the number to be received on your phone, and then write it down, or collect it from your caller id.

Get a dial tone, then press *60. A voice menu will start, and it will direct you as to what to do to add a number, remove a number, delete a number. This is where you'll add the number that you want to block into your phone. You will need to key in the area code, along with the 7 digit number.
