Impossible On Phone Getting Support...
Your telephone system is quite terrible. Endless questions, lengthy hold, repeated dead air, no response and insensitive voice response. You have charged me for early termination tho_ I confirm,ed with an agent that I was setting up service as a landlord for a tenant to assume; I was told there would be no problem, that transfer of the account was able to happen. Despite this assurance, I have been charged for early termination and am still billed for service not received. Over an hour on hold (including four silences that followed your music that lasted for ten minutes each that I hung up on finally). A very frustrated customer....

You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with Comcast. Here are some suggestions:
- If you're unfairly billed, dispute the charge with your bank.
- You may want to escalate from customer service to Comcast corporate. See the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/comcast/Corporate%20Office.
- Complain to one of the applicable consumer agencies, as listed at http://bit.ly/2cw1tOh
- Consider a complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companies.
