I Placed An Order On 12/19/21. It's 3/19/22 And I Still Cannot Get A Refund. Why
I placed an order on Columbia Sportswear's web commerce site on December 19, 2021. The order has been shown as awaiting pickup by a carrier since and it's now March 19, 2022. I tried to connect with their advisors today, but it seems they have none available on Saturdays - or perhaps none available on weekends - or maybe forever. I want to cancel the order and get a refund, but their automated assistant says orders cannot be canceled. Is this company just a front for business fraud?
