Why Didn't The Coby Media Manager Install?
I plugged in the USB cord to my computer and it said Windows will display an "Autoplay" screen, and it never did. Ive called the 1-800 numbers and nothing is open when on the package it said hours were 830AM-900PM EST. I have an HP computer that is maybe 4 yrs old. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to take my device back to where I bought it from?
