Cometitle For Setup Wizard Missing,on Coby Mp620

I had reinstall windows and after I did I can no longer find the cometitle setup wizard on my Coby MP 620, so some items don't work right. I need to reinstall the  wizard and manger so it will work right. I have try to find help on line,but nothing I have found so far helps. Is there any one out there  who can help me. P.S. I Just Got IT , NEW
