Can I Set The Power-off Delay To A Longer Time Than One Minute?

My mp620 powers down completely if I pause it for more than a minute. It's annoying to have to wait for it to reboot whewnever I take a phone call or exchange a few words. I'd like to set that delay to 10 minutes, but I don't know how.

The sleep settings don't solve this problem.....they only work to shut the power off after that amount of time if they are left ON.   So far I cannot find a way to get the standby timeout to adjust to longer than a minute.  And I too find it annoying.
