The Coby CX-38 radio does not have a built-in TV band receiver. It can only receive FM and AM radio frequencies. Therefore, you cannot use the Coby CX-38 to listen to the television weather band.

However, you can purchase a separate weather band radio that is specifically designed to receive the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) weather band frequencies. These radios are available at most electronics and outdoor stores.

The Coby CX 38 radio is not capable of receiving TV signals, so it cannot be used to pick up television weather band. However, it does have a weather band feature that can receive NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts. Here's how you can access the weather band on your Coby CX 38:

Turn on the radio and press the "Band" button until you reach the "Weather" band.
Press the "Tune" button to search for a station. The radio will automatically stop on the first available weather channel it detects.
Once you have found a weather channel, you can adjust the volume using the "Volume" knob.

Note that the NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts are region-specific, so the availability and quality of reception may vary depending on your location. You may need to adjust the antenna or move the radio to a different location to improve reception.
