I was contacted by legal department for payment of Rs.32000/- over due of my credit card as same being waived according to legal depatment but still insisting on settling outside court but without money how can I settle my amount I had written a few letters of my problems requesting for waiver on my payment but now they are asking me to meet outside court for settlement which I cannot afford now with my present condition without job and no savings.

You need to see your local ombudsman, if you are receiving social security the bank can only take a very small amount to repay the debt per fortnight. As much as it is your responsibility to pay your accrued debts, there are also laws put in place by the government to prevent big companies from bullying the little guy when he is down on his luck.
Good luck to you and I hope you can get back on your feet asap, being behind the eight ball is a horrible position to be in. :)
