All Leds Off

i have Cisco AIR-LAP1252AG-E-K9i connected to POE 3750 sw or adapter LED not bling all led states off pls inform what is the problem.

If you don't see anything when you console into the AP, then I would assume it is fried and get an RMA if you have support. I have seen this, but only during a bad power supply.
