Top Malfunction
Have a 2012 chrysler 200. The top is up and gave message if malfunction. It will not go down now and the button makes no sound when pushed. But if push button up can hear the motor trying to work yet nothing happens. Think windshield lock is not set right. How to undo the error and reset that area? Is there a release for the windshield as there is for the trunk?
