Gps Not Loading Correctly. Keeps Telling Me ' Reading Error '

screen tells me reading error eject and check disc I purchased the new upgrade disc the correct one from the dealer . It has to be with the gps unit itself I still get same reading error . I have no manuel for system did not come with one. I think I need to reset system , but how ?
