Since you suspect it could be a fuse problem, that's a good place to start. The first thing you'll want to do is locate the fuse box in your car. In most vehicles, the fuse box is either under the dashboard or in the engine compartment. Once you've found the fuse box, check the diagram on the inside of the cover to find the fuse related to the radio. It's usually labeled as "radio" or "audio." Use a fuse puller or a pair of needle-nose pliers to carefully remove the fuse. Inspect the fuse for any signs of damage, such as a broken filament or discoloration. If you notice any issues, it's likely that the fuse needs to be replaced. Make sure to use a fuse with the same amperage rating.
If the fuse appears to be fine, you can try reinserting it to make sure it's seated properly. After checking and replacing the fuse if necessary, turn on the radio and see if it's working now.
If the problem persists, there could be a different issue at play, such as a wiring problem or a malfunctioning radio unit. If you're unable to fix the issue on your own, I would recommend taking your Chrysler Sebring to a professional mechanic or a car audio specialist. They will have the expertise and tools necessary to diagnose and repair the radio problem.

To check the fuses, you will need to open the fuse box cover. The cover will have a diagram of the fuses inside. The radio fuse is usually labeled "IOD" or "Radio." The amplifier fuse is usually labeled "AMP."
To check the fuses, you will need a fuse tester. A fuse tester is a small device that will tell you if a fuse is blown. You can buy a fuse tester at most auto parts stores.
To use a fuse tester, simply insert the fuse into the tester. The tester will have a light that will come on if the fuse is good. If the light does not come on, the fuse is blown.
If one of the fuses is blown, you will need to replace it. You can buy replacement fuses at most auto parts stores. The fuses for the radio in your Sebring are 15 amp fuses.
Once you have replaced the fuse, try turning on the radio. If the radio now works, then you have successfully fixed the problem.
If the radio still does not work after replacing the fuse, then there may be another problem with the radio. In this case, you will need to take the car to a mechanic to have the radio diagnosed.
