Easy Exit Drivers Seat Will Not Work

I couldn't get mine to work either when I first got the car.  I had to take it into the Chev dealership and it took one mechanic and one salesman sitting in my car for 15 minutes to figure it out.  It's in the owners manual but not sure where they found it.  Apparently this feature is not user friendly.
